Fatty Ulrich Becker. Those German belts are hard to place on thicker figures because the belt crosses over the stomach rather than at the waistline XD it makes it very tricky to draw fat right... XDD

Trying to get back to Ulrich's original design because I liked his facial proportiosn there, but I still need to tweak it enough to not look so samey-samey with the rest of the cast XD Getting harder to do as the cast list grows x.x
